For ages, Americans have been debating on which is better, tastier & healthier between Biscuits or Cookies. Questions have also been raised on what the similarities and differences are.
Today we pit these two Arch Enemies head to head to determine which is better once and for all.

Since 2004 till date, worldwide search trends for the keyword “Cookies” has always been way higher than search trends for the keyword “Biscuits”.

Although Biscuits are flat by design and look pretty harmless, they pack on some serious amounts of unhealthy fats and highly processed Carbs. What’s worse, they’re usually lacking in fibre content.
Cookies on the other hand are thicker by nature. This thickness allows them to incorporate several treats within them from nuts to chocolate chips, Oats and so on.
This gives Cookies the ability to pack on more healthiness because they can accommodate quite a number of ingredients as compared to Biscuits
