3 Pots to cook the meat and the other ingredients

Ingredients
2500gramsCow feet
Salt(As required)
Seasoning cubes(As required)
1/2Cupof Palm oil
1Cupof Ugba(Optional)
3Table spoonsof ground crayfish
1Largechopped Onion
Sliced Utazi leaves
1Teaspoonof Garlic powder
1Teaspoonof ground Ginger
Ground Cameroon pepper(As much as you can take)
Instructions
Cut Cow foot into small pieces first and remove all the bigger bones
Add your salt, Seasoning cubes and chopped onions to season the meat. Leave until meat is cooked tender.
Boil the Ugba separately for just 3 minutes. Also dissolve the potash in a cup of water before filtering it into a separate pot. Pour the Palm oil into this pot and stair very well until it is thick and the color becomes yellow
Now add your crayfish, Ugba, Cameroon pepper, seasoning cube and salt into that same pot and mix well
Add your soft tender meat into this pot and stir into the palm oil mixture. Serve in a wooden bowl with toppings of round-cut onions and sliced Utazi leaves.

Cow feet can take up to an hour before it gets tender soft so it's typically advisable to cook it using a Pressure Cooker.
